Tom LeDuc, President & CEO of LeDuc & Dexter Inc. has been elected and installed as President of Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of California for 2010-11. The installation took place at the 109th PHCC-West Convention held at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel Resort & Spa May 11-15. The PHCC of California is the largest federation of the PHCC National Association, which has over 4100 contractor members nationally and is the oldest trade association in the construction industry, established in 1883. |

When asked about the future direction of his industry in California, LeDuc had this to say, “The plumbing, heating and cooling contractors of California are an important part of the green energy efficiency and conservation movement here in our state. Getting educated in these areas is also going to also be a key to new business opportunities for contractors and service companies.” |

| “Green Plumbing is a huge opportunity that starts with education”, says LeDuc, “and with the new green building codes and regulations that are coming it’s going to be an even bigger opportunity for those who invest their time and energy in green plumbing.” |

LeDuc & Dexter is now working in the green building sector with energy retrofit projects and new residential and commercial green construction projects in the North Bay area. “Through our educational process and networking we are forming new relationships in the green building community”, says LeDuc, “and now that effort is coming into fruition for our company.” |
